Today, Lance was out of the office today because he injured his hip while taking laundry down to his laundry room. No one had one of those old-person aluminum walkers, but we happened to have a scooter downstairs in the vestibule. We asked Mike if we could bring it upstairs, and he agreed. Rick rode it to the exterior elevator and brought it upstairs. We carefully tucked it into Lance’s office. Poor Lance. He can’t leave the office without us playing some prank on him. Over Christmas holiday, we filled his office with balloons.
Now he’s got a scooter all charged up; and we decked it out, too! We put a laptop in the front basket so he can keep in touch while scootin’ around the office. We also put the Stupid Stick™ in the basket so Lance can smack a tech with it next time DJ doesn’t tie his shoes or Jake enlightens us with his “crazy” thoughts.
